Oh no on the Sebbie! Give us updates quickly!

Evening all, I posted the link below to Pete's incubation guide. He is a great guy, but also in a different time zone and a very busy schedule himself. He is not listed as a BYC moderator, so make sure you are contacting the one in the link below if you do for egg help.

Oh I don't remember who posted about it, but geese will NOT protect a flock of anything from any predator, dog, hawk ect. They are great alarm systems, but won't stand up to a threat. Now a momma goose sitting a nest can be a force, but when push comes to shove a predator can kill a goose as easily as a duck.

I think our first Sebbie passed away, will be checking on him shortly, he was starting to kick a lot, so I changed the position to keep him in place as the yolk wasn't absorbed yet. Last I looked though he had kicked through a vein and I had to hold pressure to stop the bleeding. So we are hoping he will make it, but holding our breath. We do have 8 eggs set though in groups of 4, so goslings aren't too far off in the future.

I have totally gotten into bbq's ribs lately. You can't get many good American sauces here but we get Sweet Baby Ray's. Don't know if that is an obscure brand or not.

I am also totally in love with Louisiana Hot Sauce. We get the Crystal brand.
