CG: Those are AWESOME!! I want to do that with my 8 yr old. She's artsy. What is it called? Like.. isn't there a fancy word for Egg art?

its just called egg blowing .
its pretty easy if you get the tool for it .

you can get the same thing other places 2. .
but thats the 1 i have. its pretty easy .
you use the green thing to poke a hole in the egg. (you push it down just a little and rock it back & forth and it drills into the egg. )
and use the yellow thing to blow out the yoke and clear stuff, then rinse it out with water. (put water in the yellow thing, blow it into the egg, shake it up, and blow it back out)

Those are great! I need to get some more eggs blown out to decorate. Easter isn't that far away, and it'll take me forever to find time so I need to get on it.

Very pretty eggs, can't wait to see what you do with a goose egg. By the way Ameracuana eggs are only ever blue, so the olive ones are from an Easter Egger or Olive Egger hen.

QJ, try and find a strong narrow fflashlight to do your candling from the top. Try and NOt candle every darn day too. LoL, more risk of dropping the eggs. If you hold it at the top you will see into the egg better. I know Pete shows eggs with the light behind, but has a great high powered light too.

Yep, Easter Eggers lay green, blue, olive, and brown. Ameracuana lay only blue. Some people buy chicks from hatcheries and think they have the pure breds but the hatcheries sell EE chicks miss labeled as Amercuana. This isn't fair to buyers, and makes them upset when they get told the truth.
