Thread formerly known as Hatch day is today

I love tomatoes. So did the chickens, thats why I havn't had them in awhile. (that, and they were all girls, so they didn't last forever) But, taking beaks full of fleshing dripping vine ripened tomatoe did hastenn their demise a bit. chicken soup anyone?

I'm a tomatoe snob too. Love Amish Yellow Pear cherry, Pink Brandywine, Cherokee purple, green grapes cherry, and Big Rainbow the best. If you've never tried the Yellow Pear or Pink Brandywine, you are missing out bigtime!

I'm writing those down. The pink brandywine sounds cool. (it's all about the name really.)

I wanna be ovoid, like an egg please. Then we know something good will come out of it!
