CG, they are a lot darker than my other ancona that hatched a few weeks ago, but when they are fluffed up (almost there now), I will take another pic so you can see them looking more like anconas.

i wish i could have them in the house but between the cat . and grandpa
it would never work .
my cat is obsessed with birds. all but the parrot she leaves him alone.
and grandpa is having a fit that they will even be on the porch .
when they get bigger . but not big enough to go outside i may move them to the barn .
its warm in there bcuz of all the animals.

personally i wish we had horse stalls. it would be so much easier.
just put some chick wire to enclose it .
and walah you have a cat proof brooder.
but we dont =/ lol .
i know the ducks are going to outgrow the porch quickly.
i have to have a backup plan
actually its plan c .
plan A is the stock tank.
plan B is the huge stackable we have.
and plan C is the barn .

I have noticed that my ducklings love stuffed animals, even as newborns. These two are already crawling over them, pecking at them, and cuddling up to them to sleep.

boy i wish i had class today .
there is soo much temptation in my room right now.
i an so anxious about my ducky trying to internally pip.
and then i have those evil girl scout cooking taunting me .

i wish i could go take a walk. but its rainin =/


gona go check the duck house here soon to see if they gave me any more presents .

Little Eddie had his Aflac ducky he would cuddle with. And when he woke up in the morning he would bring Aflac ducky with him to eat breakfast. It was Hilarious!! Now he has forgotten about his stuffed friend. Poor Aflac Ducky.
