Celtic (or anyone that wants to chime in).... my duckies are now 3 weeks old and certain ones sound distinctly like whoopie cushions. How high are the chances that they are female?? The buyer who wants 2 girls/1 boy called and wants to come get them tomorrow and I could use the room in my brooder pen.

I'd go ahead and give them 2 whoopie cushion ducks and a quiet one. Just tell them to listen closely the next few weeks to be sure.

Here is Libby, 3 month old Welsh Harlequin, not sure if boy or girl. It doesn't make any sound at all. Getting very pretty though with the blue feathers in the wings and the reddish orange spots on the chest.

Everybody has told me since there is the dark neck and head it is a boy but I don't think so. I really think she is a girl. I have vent sexed several times and have never seen a PEE PEE.
