I have everybody in the garage outside. That was a job right thar.

Also, my little swedish flower hen that came out grey... well, I'm pretty sure it's gonna die. It doing that hole peeping for no reason, sleeping all day, falling over not getting up... you know the deal.

AND Fiona found the mirror I put in for her. She's happy as a lark now.

Not counting that one I'll have 4. I just put some nutridrench on it's beak like Miss Lydia suggests.. And I went back to the mash for all of them.. just to make sure it's able to eat.

Not sure why people are having problems with my Cayugas
I have hatch 10 out 12 I have set. Only reason two didnt hatch is they died in the shell.
But at least I sell them cheap enough so people are able to buy them.
I just hate having a bad rep. Sigh.....
What can I do to make it better ??
Pack differently? Feed my birds better feed? (already feeding them $11.50 a bag feed.)

I had no idea people were having trouble with your eggs.... Maybe I missed that...

What kinda feed are you feeding them? Are the birds mating? How do you ship? Its gotta be better then how I ship

Pidgey, I have had trouble with your eggs.

When I purchased my 2nd set from you, I told you in a pm that only 1 developed in 1st set but died in lockdown. Most got blood rings. It was my first time and I blamed me. I knew a 2nd guy that set eggs same day as me 1st time around and had exact story. He blamed a hold-up in shipping.

But my 2nd set arrived scrambled (I know what to look for in candling now) and only 4 are developing (with bad air cells). I asked Jazmine to check her friend's eggs she just bought (EyeHeartQuail) when they arrive.... because it may just be my horrible luck.... but at least with the 2nd set, I know it is not because of how I handle/incubate them (considering how great a fertility rate I am now getting with shipped eggs otherwise).

I feel bad because I REALLY wanted girls from your stock to go with my gorgeous pair of drakes I hatched from sebrightmom’s eggs.

I have heard from a couple other people that blood rings are the main issue. I would look into finding better ways to pack your eggs, this should help eliminate some of the problem. I can't wait to get your eggs. Your pics are beautiful and you have had nothing but praise on the quality of your birds.
