No that sucks. I'm hoping Fiona stays this way. Maybe she will since I was the first thing she saw. Aren't geese supposed to imprint well? I think there's a movie about it. LOL.
yes theres a movie about canadian geese. its called fly away home or something like that.

im half tempted to get rid of the 2 ducklings.
or the one that is a spaz.
the other one likes me lol
=)

if we are outside they love me. or if i have goodies.
but if i stick my hand in the brooder everyone spazes

I have that movie on my DVR. It's a good one.
It's based on a true story too.

I'd get rid of a couple ducks if they're spazzing. Always makes room for more. ;)

That's how mine are. When they are in the brooder they all scream bloody murder for me to come over, but if I try picking them up in there they run away screaming. They all stick close outside though. The goslings will get distracted and wander off eating grass an the ducklings will stand in the middle of the geese and me looking back and forth and start crying until the goslings come over then they all follow me.

Yep, they were set on March 24th. I really hope at least a couple make it. This is going to be a really cool experience for my 10 year old, too.

Christine, next Saturday is day 28? I like to draw the air cell outline on shell on day 21. Usually, I can see beginning movement on day 21 too. By day 25, the baby will have turned and the air cell has changed dramatically. Then the real fun begins! If you have 4 going strong now, I am very confident you will be hatching at least a couple of babies!! It is going to be great!!
