I can't call the police on them. There is actually a house between ours and theirs. Sadie got through the fence and was in the first neighbors yard and Newman saw the goose and came after it. As soon as I yelled at him, he dropped her. I have to try to keep peace because I could get in trouble for having as many animals as I have. So I just bite my lip and cry. We just buried her next to my cat Widget. If it wasn;t for shitty luck I would have no luck at all. As soon as I find a bird that I fall in love with something happens to it. I can't keep doing this. I loved her so much so did Jeff.

Still, I am so so sorry.
You need to call the police and report a dog attack. Owners of dogs are required to keep them under control at all times. Dogs are not forgiven or permitted to attack another person, persons child, pet or livestock. You have to report and have the goslings body as evidence so they have to pay you what it would cost to replace her at her current age, and quality. Please don't let any time pass. Will PM you now my number if you need/want to call me.
If you need a receipt for her I can get you one and a quote for replacement cost to include shipping. They need to be held responsible. When and if you are ready let me know we have a number of goslings growing out and can make arrangements to get one to you. Next week we have limited days with low temps, but there will be more ahead.

brown tummy and its back is blue.


the girls were showing soo much interest in the big ducks today so i put them in there for a few minutes.
amelia was MEAN, she terrorized the ducks.
so they didnt get to stay long.
abby could have cared less about them she was trying to figure out how to get in the pool

our next door neighbors dog got to one of my chickens a few days ago, but one of my pekin drakes was right their and pecked him hard right on the tip of the nose, he put the chicken down (unharmed thankfully) and ran away, he has not tried it again but both of my drakes have been "patroling" waiting for him to try again
