I'm not a big fan of Porsche either. I'll make hubby think of a new name.

Or you should buy them , & I can get from you in the future !! I wonder what the reserve is???Yep...LOL I guess I could have looked.....Those are the same vulterines I showed you a while back. COOL! You should buy them!
Bummer! Sounds like shrink wrap problems, not fertility. It is extremely hard to maintain humidity in an LG still air (I know, because that is what I use in a desert!) Also, it is easy to get false humidity readings depending on how/where the gauge is placed. Best I can tell you is to seal the lid better to bottom and add a damp sponge into each corner, in addition to filling all the reservoirs.
Also, with still air, you want your temp to be 101 (2 degrees higher than of your bator had a fan).
Thank you Jaz! It was my intention to hatch some ducks to sell, but my goodness, I'm a little attatched.GOOD luck on your BS & SB !!!& what a cute duckling, are you keeping it ?![]()
So cute, & I know I have let cute ducklings go in the past, & I have to remind myself that if I am getting top dollar for my birds then I can always hatch more! Unless you are trying to establish a breeding flock or project! But that just me spouting hot airThank you Jaz! It was my intention to hatch some ducks to sell, but my goodness, I'm a little attatched.lol![]()
I would have reacted the same way if you know the animal is in "bad" shape (& we all know what that is) , UNLESS you are planning on taking it to the vet & footing the bill. Otherwise to me it is just suffering....Am I just heartless?
So today I was taking the dogs out and there was a cat on the drive. Fairly normal but I went over to investigate. It ended up that it was hit by a car. It's eyes were blood shot and spitting up blood. My first reaction was to grab the gun and put it out of it's misery. Before I could make it to the door, the neighborhood old man came over to look at it. (He basically takes care of all the stray cats and calls them his own.) He ended up taking it with him and stayed with it before it passed. Should my reaction been so quickly to dispatch it? Am I really that heartless? When he picked it up it was crying and meowing and I'll admit it pulled at my heart strings and I did cry a bit. I haven't had the guts to go over and ask him if it's passed yet.... I'm not sure I honestly want to know.
