LOL, when I was a kid, our silky mamas did their sitting and brooding in little roofed rabbit hutches. It makes the babies fluffier, doesn't it? Im sure its all tied in with the easter bunny somehow. I mean, what do you get when you cross the easter bunny and a chicken? A silky.

I've got one call duck churning out eggs, so those are in the bator. Along with more waiting to be set. EE's just started laying(one, a pretty blue egg), so give me a week and I'm ready for a hatchalong.

I got a baby chick hatched!!! It is still at the wet ugly baby stage but should fluff up soon!!!
