I bought this little black bantam cochin hen a few days ago. I was told she was around 4 months old. She has layed 2 tiny little perfect eggs.

I also bought the red one in the last pic (included for size reference) at the same time, and she was supposed to be around 3 months old which seems about right for her size and development.
Are extra tiny bantam cochins a thing? Is she ok to use for breeding? Is this a sign of disease or a disorder? Any help or info or experiences would be much appreciated!

That is a cockerel, so he couldn’t have laid those eggs. Maybe he is younger than the owner said? He seems healthy to me.
Respectfully, I think you are wrong. They are in a pen together with my roo for most of the day, and the pullet is obviously not old enough to lay. The eggs are much smaller than a standard bantam egg, but perfect otherwise, and my bantam cochin rooster breeds her and treats her like a girl. No fighting with him. She does, however, hold her own with the big hens! I'm including a pic of my roo for reference! He is 21 weeks (we raised him so I know for sure his age).

It is a thing ! 👍🏻 I have 3 little girls just like yours but mine are a different color. I do think the black one is a pullet. All 3 of mine have similar looking combs and wattles and lay the exact same size and color of your eggs.

I see saddle feathers.
I think the red laid those eggs. She is bigger (incorrect age is a possibility, and I have seen some very young birds lay eggs.)

Amer is right, the black cochin is a cockerel. I’ve seen roosters mount other roosters multiple times before.

I completely agree. Not only on the cockerel (I see saddle feathers too) but on males mounting males

Thank you! I am raising 2 bantam cochin roos and a pullet from hatch and the boys just didn't look like this ever! Their wattles were always less rounded and combs were/are different! She looks much more like my pullet, just tiny. The 3 of them are 5 months, and their feathers have looked the same to me until recently. I'm wondering if all the peolle saying she's a boy have ever raised bantam cochins before.
