The other day I saw a small bumb by my roosters comb and this morning it looks like it got bigger but idk. It looks like he has dirt stuck in it but I'm afraid if I mess with it itll get worse. When i touch it he doesnt seem bothered so i dont think it hurts him.

Looks like a fowl pox lesion.

I would keep an eye on it. If it grows larger, it could be a tumor. I have seen a single fowl pox lesion before, but pox normally includes multiple scabs on the comb, wattles, and face. It is a virus carried by mosquitoes. This could also be a peck wound or small abscess. Is it more grey and raised?

Yes its more grey and raised, I thought it was a peck wound or some ball of dirt. I was going to get a wet cotton swabs and see if i could wipe it away but i didnt want to bother it.
