So cute!!! Where will you be visiting?24 hour update:
Only had two of the four eggs that made it to lock down hatch so 50% hatch....but that was out of a dozen originally shipped to me. Boy that shipped egg lesson was drilled in deep on me and NEVER again. Just going to have to live with whatever breeds I can find within a decent drive from now on.....but on that front....hubby's comforting words today were "You sure do need to set a lot of eggs to get a few healthy chicks. Maybe you should get another dozen and try again?"![]()

Heading to the states at Easter so not sure if I'll do another hatch-a-long right away or in the summer but I WILL be back!
View attachment 2041277 I went up to take a look, good thing there are windows. Outside digital said 99.5, inside one of my thermometers said 94 and one other one also had that range, I turned up the temp with the red buttons, now checking back, 2 inside ones read 100. I hope it wasn't reading 94 for that for long.
Pictures??So far 8 out of 21 eggs have hatched. I am waiting impatiently for the rest but I’m enjoying these eight.
So far out of my 8 olive egger eggs, 5 have hatched. Out of those 5 it’s apparent that the father is my white leghorn NOT my olive egger roo.
