I do this with my hatches! I also stand there and cluck at the incubator

The suspense is killing me! I hope they have crests like their mom. But I have zero clue what color they'll be. I'm bad a genetics so I just hatch eggs and find out for myself.

I stopped candling the duck eggs they take too long for me. I just want them out so I can send them on their way and have my bator back.

I've been making chicken noises through the vent holes that's when the chick went wild and started peeping like crazy.

They're supposed to hatch on the 12th. I need another bator in case he ever wants me to hatch for him again. I'm glad my bantam eggs are tiny.

I smell another stinker in the emu incubator

But it’s ok! That’s why we started with 7 eggs Goal was to have 2 hatch. There are 3 eggs leaning towards the pointed end and 3 that aren’t. Curious if any of the eggs leaning are the stinky one? Will have to pull out the mixing bowl and plastic wrap again...

Oh no! Not another stinker! Have you read that the tilt to the egg means they're more or less likely to be developing?

I've been collecting them for like...a year now. LOL, Someone asked me to set up an article but I think I need to add more emojis to it. I'll plan on doing that some time this week.

Yes. But myself and Rockports did kind of prove that wrong on the last attempt. I had obvious lean to the pointed end on the last two eggs. Got to day 50 with no wiggles. So opened them to find nothing inside. Scrambled goop. So a little hesitant to use that as a guide this time.

Or could just use it as hope!
