I am sorry it is not GF. It is sourdough. Makes life much simpler. I am picky about pizza crust, and sourdough only takes half an hour to rest.

The eggs are in lockdown, and several have drawn down. I need to see if I can get an orange extension cord to the coop to set up the video monitor.
I didn't buy a video monitor for Duckling. I bought it to see in the coop!
