Well I hate to disappoint you all - but there are no babies yet
Abbey went to the vet yesterday and had yet another check up - they ran all kinds of test - took an x-ray all babies are alive, just dont know what is taking so long but since its the holiday nothing more will be done till after christmas.
Mom is doing fine no signs of stress.

Oh my! She is makeing us ALL waite it out. Sooo. how many of us will be here Christmas day, looking for updates!???

I can't believe there are no babies yet. You watch Abbey close, as if I have to tell you that. Ususally dogs go exactly 63 days. How far off was your DH?

My puppies are going to their new homes today. I have already bathed two puppies and they have gone, 3 more to go. I wish I was getting one in my stocking.

Well let's put it this way DH WILL NEVER be in charge of marking the due date of ANYTHING EVER AGAIN !!!

He had Abbey's due date the 15 - well we all know that did not happen LOL I am thankful I had a vet willing to see her on a Sunday ! but until after christmas we are on our own vet is going out of town for a few days

I am about ready to start rolling Abbey from her head towards her tail like a tube of toothpaste and pop those puppy's out LOL

So here I sit waiting...waiting....and waiting.....and waiting some more- we did have one person change thier mind about getting a pup - so there will be one that will need a home

I've been checking this post like everyone else! We can't wait to hear the good news!!!

I wanted to mention that if you can feel the babies moving, Abbey still is not ready to deliver. The puppies will be still when they start "dropping" into birthing position, so DON"T PANIC if you stop feeling the pups moving. We'll all be here waiting!!!

I have been feeling Abbey's bellie everytime I walk by her - to see if I can feel babies move ( and just because I love rubbing her bellie LOL ) and I have not felt anyone moving all day - so I really hope that these little ones are trying to come out soon.

Believe me I am not going to far from her until these little ones are out ( this must be how it feels when eggs are at day 21 in the bator LOL )
