Hi I am brand new to owning chickens.

At the moment we have 7 chicks that are about 2-3 weeks old which we brought as day old chicks. 3 light Sussex, 2 Blue Orpington and supposedly 2 lavender Araucana chicks.

Glad you're here !

If you haven't yet, please make your poultry a FIRST AID KIT for any issues that would arise.
It's definitely better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

Also, make sure your coop(s) have a proper amount of VENTILATION. Your chickens will absolutely thank you for it!
