I got a trio a little over a year ago. Turned out to be one male and two females. And, this year they blessed me with 8 very healthy goslings...so 11 Toulouse. They are really special and smart birds. You are going to love them. Here are mine and their kids.

Pear didn't make it to full maturity but I think she weighed about twelve or thirteen lbs

Toulouse geese will vary a bit but you can expect a mature adult to weight in at about 20-30 lbs. maybe a bit more.
