I might be a tad suspect about the ones that do not have a stamp on them, as in you could be correct that somebody switched out some. Egg transportation is hard on eggs, and often times there are gorilla clerks in the back room when the trucks come in. If you have a good light/candler, check to make sure your eggs aren't pre-scrambled before you set in the incubator. My last batch of TJ's eggs had 4 in that condition...the rough ride from Pasadena to Las Vegas in a freight truck probably did them no favors....and the TJ's eggs aren't known for strong shells, either.
