Treat with Corid or wait?

Helloooo. We have two 4 week olds and a 2 week old. They’re on medicated feed. The 4 week olds went outside yesterday and pecked around a bit, and last night noticed some blood in the poop of one. Pic attached. It looked deeper red than normal intestinal shed I’ve seen before.

We have Corid on hand but I’ve never used it. Went and ran a few errands, and when I came back the poops all looked totally normal and they’re all normal energy.

Should I treat for coccidiosis anyway? Or give it a little bit to see if any symptoms start? I don’t want to overdo it if it was just a one off shed.

Thanks!
