Storm preparations going on... I am praying for mercy.. And I hope it turns.

So here we are.. Not ready but still waiting for mother nature to spread her wrath upon of farm.
Bob rebuilt the old generator with homemade parts since all the part stores are selling out. At least we can keep our freezers on. Just processed all that pork and at max capacity.

It's over 20 years old but with a homemade carburetor overhaul, it is the most positive thing to report. Metal roofing will screwed to the windows on sat.
God is p.o. ed.. The winds will no doubt change the way things look, and over 100 animals on over farm are in harms way. I will keep updating my personal here instead of pouring my eyes and heart out on the main threads.

BTW, they aren't rants. I'm worried sick, and I'm not in the way of it. You've got every reason to be scared and worried and everything else. I just hope it doesn't do too much damage to your place.

We figured we would bring the goats to our backyard since the storm has shifted. The can shelter in and around the back porch area. Now we are to the east of the eye which has the stronger winds.. Wonderful

Had to borrow some of the chicken roofing. Saving the house has become the top priority. It is so dark in the house with the windows boarded up. It will be hot as sin when the power is lost.

Neighbor's just grabbed their camper and ran.

Watching the track very closely now. Nervous is not the word. Pins and needle's.
