I’m at a loss on ideas i tried looking up what could cause this and can’t find anything. the eggs are rested a few hours before put in and put in pointy end down humidity on lockdown is 70% and temperature is 99.5 this egg was doing fine moving when i put it in the incubator for lockdown on day 25 and on day 30 i went to check to see if it was still moving and noticed it looks like the yolk is around the top part of air sack and no longer see any movement does anyone know what this could be? What could cause this? (Picture added)

Is it a duck egg?
If so then I think the humidity and temp are at good levels.
Many different things could cause this to happen and we may never know the cause.
I don't think I see an air cell in the egg, unless it's directly under the tip of the candler.
Was it like that throughout the whole incubation?

It is a duck egg! The airsell is underneath the candler ! No it was moving perfectly fine going into lockdown trying to break through the membrane But in day 30 i went to check and it looks like this like yellow is surrounding the air sack like to me it looks like there yolk busted don’t know if that’s possible

Oh okay so it started internally pipping and then stopped?
With duck eggs how long is lockdown? 3 days like with chicken eggs?
Is their an external pip through the shell yet?
It may be resting before it pips externally, but if there is absolutely no moving at all then it might have died during the process. Maybe give it an extra day or so?
How long has it been since it was trying to break through the membrane?

It was trying going into lockdown on day 25 yes then stopped yes we’re currently on day 30 lockdown is about 3 days yes, no external pip no internal pip either. I try not to open the lid as much as possible but last i seen movement was day 26/27 when i added water and checked. I have other eggs who are currently externally pipped and 1 that internally pipped but hasn’t made it to external pip and i don’t see movement in him either but don’t want to open up them up if there just resting.

If it has been 3 days since it was trying to internally pip then it might be dead. The eggs can't explode at this point (I don't think) so I would wait for all the ducklings to hatch and meanwhile leave the egg in the incubator, and if it's not hatched once all the others are hatched I would toss it.
