Today I split my skin on a thick screw. I reached my arm down into a tight space, and didn't realize it was jutting out. I jerked my arm up for some reason and when I did, it went into my arm then it ripped. I heard my skin pop. It went deep.

Yeah. I have a large bandage in my arm now. It didn't cover the large scratch, but it covers the puncture.
