Showers are the only place where we have warm water - electric shower head. We have to boil water for dishes, and clothes in the washer aren't as clean as they could be (btw no dryers here, so if we have a lot of rain, we have water to wash clothes, but can't dry them. ).

At least you have warm showers. That would stink! How would you dry your clothes then? (When it was raining)

Sorry, It has taken me longer to respond... Crazy around here and then I went to bed!
Here is stella just a few weeks before she kidded... She was 12inches across.

She looks like bred but also looks like could not.

In the last picture of her, she looks like she has dropped some... If she is due when Madge is due then it would make it harder to tell (cuz Madge has dropped)... No udder development doesn't really say anything cuz some does don't get an udder till a few hours after kidding.

Can you bump her?

Then she looks about the same AsStellaa did as a first timer so very likely.

Happens to us quite regularly, though not in this house as much as our last. Electric too. Though that is also better...we've gone days without them...

It's worse in the dry season - which we are currently in. All we have are our springs and the well, which go dry without rain.

Mom will over rule sooner or later.

Yeah! Well that's the problem, we can't. So mom might wash a few clothes and hang them on the veranda line but they take a long time to dry - days. Or put them inside and use a fan, but that takes a long time too. And with at least ten people that need clothes, sometimes more, we really run out fast.
