Hey I have friends who have an irish dexter who calved last JUNE (2016) and is still in milk.

Nice! How much is she giving/was she giving at peak production? A lot of cows could go a year+ in milk but the quality and amount of milk goes down...

I live in rural Montana, our farm's name is "Twisted Oak Farm".
We have: 2 Old English Game Bantams, 7 Belgian Bearded D'Uccles, 2 Black Austrolorps, 4 Buff Orpingtons, 4 Pekin ducks, and 1 Silver Laced Wyandottes.

So remember I hatched the big mama ducklings? Well I had six that I banded but the bands fell off all but two making it impossible to tell them from the others so I don't know which is which except for the two and guess what? Those two are BOTH females!!!!!
