True Blue Whiting Pullet or Cockerel?

This one is 5 weeks old. It’s hard to see from the picture but it’s a single comb, much smaller than the ones I’ve identified for sure as cockerels (different breeds though, but also with a single comb). I was concerned about the color indicating cockerel.

It's not supposed to be. Whiting True Blues are supposed to have a pea comb.
Looking at the picture, I think the bird does have a pea comb.

Pea combs are usually smaller than single combs, so you should just go by color of comb, not size of comb, when trying to figure out sex.
 
Looking at the chick again, it is a pea comb. It’s the flightiest chick of them all. I had all of the chicks outside to run around a bit and it took 3 of us a long time to catch this one. I’m thinking it’s a cockerel due to the color, but the stance is definitely off.
