Trying to fill out my fair forms...need some help.

I'm trying to get my fair entries in early!!!
I need help with coloring and the types of combs. I have been looking at stuff online to figure it our but i want to make sure I get it right. Thanks!

I also wanted to try and find out this chickens breed, I know the picture is blurry and I'm sorry. It's a very flighty one!

First rooster -- coloring I believe is Mille Fleur, and he has a single comb.
Pullet -- single comb
Pullet -- Pea comb
Pullet -- Pea comb

The white one appears to be a White Leghorn -- does she have white earlobes? And the last rooster is probably an Old English or American Game Bantam.
