Maple and her poults out for an afternoon stroll! She was not raised here & had been somewhat nervous around us , but she even brought them up on the deck last week!They sat out there preening and flying up onto the deck railing like they were kids at a playground! I ♡ my turkeys!

Thank you!The poults also have 3 older siblings. 2 I'm pretty sure are toms and the other I was thinking hen but I saw her fan once and it's getting some red in the head, but our hen does too....it doesn't get involved in the dominance squabbles either. Any guesses?

I am familiar with the "normal chicken poop" picture page. I am curious about this mess I found today in with the turkeys.

Well, I have turkeys in lockdown! I did manage to track down some blues finally and my fingers are crossed that they do well. One is externally pipped and has been since last night so maybe if I'm lucky I'll get home to a little poult.
