I bought 1 Male Bourbon Red and 1 Black Spanish hen as day old poults ... I'm starting to worry she's a he. Anyone mind helping me out and telling me if I'm unfortunately right? I'm new to turkeys if you can't already tell lol (a little bit of info is "she" fights with my male bourbon red when I let them free range and "she" also displays her feathers, fanning the tail feathers & drooping the wings. Not sure what it's actually called)

Agreed. That's an pretty big snood for a hen. Does it lengthen when "She" displays? If so, definite boy. Also, I don't know of anyone who can tell you at one day old if you have boys or girls. It takes months for me to be sure.

He's still young. His neck will get the typical tom look by spring.

I have turkey poults that were raised by silkies/silkie crosses and now think that they're silkies, even though they live with other turkeys now. Every time I let the silkies out, they come running and will strut all around them. They will also still run over when a hen or rooster does a food cluck and will pluck the food right out of their beak. The silkies don't seem to mind. In fact, the little brown silkie mix hen will still try to attack my shoe if I catch a turkey and it starts squawking. She has raised most of the turkey poults for me this year, and still feels protective over them even though they are many times her size.
