What do you think?

I think "yuck". When I want to start getting my calories via a powder, I will start snorting pixie sticks.

I already have a hard time with store-bought chicken meat (ALL YOUR FAULT, BYC!

). Commercially farmed meat already seems "grainy" or "sandy" to me; almost unreal in comparison to the chicken meat we process at home.​
 
Soy is evil.

I'm largely veggie and have to avoid both gluten and soy (soy has sooooo many bad things it can do to the body!) and while this would have excited me years ago, I say, "No, thanks!"
