two bantams same breed but one has row of spikes on comb already?!

Only couple weeks old. Im in shock one has a defined row of points on comb already. Would this indicate its a roo only at a couple weeks old as the other one has a flat comb with no points or spikes.
 
I am fairly certain they are same breed. They were from assorted batch but I think bantam cochins? They look same. But most chicks do being bantams with feather feet. just, well, different combs and colors.

I think cockerel, though the comb may stay like that for weeks or NOT. And the one appearing to be a pullet - may suddenly pop a bright red comb. Too early to worry about just yet.

Does the second one have a single comb, I cannot see the comb type on it.
 
You hAve a roo and a hen. Yup with cochins after a few weeks roos are very obvious.
