On no, I am so sorry that she is worse and now not eating. It seems odd that the sister is showing symptoms as well. Mareks may be the problem, but I doubt it affects two at the same time. I assume that you meant that you were giving them B complex and not vitamin

Update:

With vitamin d all week the chick has seen very little improvement and has stopped eating much. Her sister is starting to walk with the same problems and oddly the male is fine.

If you should lose the little one, please think about getting a necropsy through your state vet or poultry college lab. They can test for Mareks or another possible cause of death. Here is a good link with state vets and some instructions on refrigerating but not freezing the body:
