Two of my chickens are standing still, puffed up and are closing their eyes

I'm not familiar with uppercut or bang cock. Do you have photos of those products.

11 week old are eating all flock right? Not layer feed.

With that many birds, if you lose another, then sending the body for necropsy would give you the best answers. This will help you figure out what changes, treatment(s) are needed, if any.

Her eyes look very strange unless it the angle of the camera.
Not sure what's going on there. @coach723 or @Eggcessive may want to see if they have any suggestions.

If things were o.k. until you switched feeds, then I'd switch to an All Flock feed for all. See that it's fresh and in date.

If you lose one of these birds, sending the body for testing/necropsy through your state lab would give you the best answers.

I think treating with Corid is wise. If vet care is not available, you could also consider an antibiotic for a last ditch attempt at treating. But having a necropsy done on one or two that die would be the easiest way to get a diagnosis. Keep the body cold, not frozen, and get it to the state vet on M-F office hours. Many times we never know what is causing deaths, and your state should have necropsies for backyard chickens.

Not sure either. Have you seen any abnormal droppings? Are the crops empty, or full, hard, squishy, etc? I agree that a necropsy might be the best way to find out what's going on, it often is.

Is there any antibiotics i can get without a vet?

You can get several online without a prescription. Amoxicillin or Aqua Mox is easily found. Dosage is 125-250 mg twice daily for 7-10 days. Also enrofloxacin (Baytril) 10% liquid is available for birds. Dosage is (0.005 ml per pound) 0.25 ml given orally for a 5 pound chicken twice a day for 5 days. Jedds.com is a good source and their are others.

What I provide these in the water for all my flock or just the individual bird?
