Two roos out of 8 sexed? UPDATE make that 3/8? second opinion pls

Ok so after some education I think I have 3 roos out of 8 sexed hens. I think my "black sex-link" is a male.

What color are those legs on the black one? They look greenish, it looks kinda EE.
It doesn't look like a typical bsl, although the 2nd picture looks similar to my pullet except for the lack of rust coloring.

I have to add my story here... How about a 100% failure rate? I got 3 Rhode Island Reds at a feed store (thankfully also got 3 sex links!!) and ALL THREE of the RIR are roosters!? They were supposed to be sexed pullets. I don't know what happened. So now I have to try to get rid of all 3 of them, probably to someone's dinner table. Atleast they weren't anywhere near as friendly as the RSL's...

The legs are yellow with black over the top.

I'm really hoping I didn't end up with three roos but it is looking that way. I dont' think this last roo is a sex link either.

Or maybe they got ONE RIGHT? and this is a black sex link but it just doesn't seem consistent with the pictures I see online for a 12-15 week chicken.

BSL roos are supposed to have barring. I'd lean toward it not even being that breed. Was it an all black chick? I was thinking Australorp but they have yellowish fronts as chicks.
I think it's a pullet, maybe a bsl but just without the rust color--maybe some will show up later? There seems to be a good bit of variance with that, some have lots of brown.

don't feel too bad..i picked up 6 RIR and ended up with 1 pullet!!! lost one roo to the dog...still have the other 4..had to order more pullets so my 1 wouldn't be tortured!!!!

When I got the black it was only black and was already a few weeks covered in pin feathers.

There is a very little bit of brown begining to pop up on the chest otherwise feathers are jet black with a green sheen.

I noticed the 2 I know are roos never challenge this bird. What concerns me are the pointy saddle feathers but I think I've seen those on BSL hens?
