This was my first thought too.As Kiki says, feeding chicken is not a problem. I would suspect that your grain mix feed is more likely the issue although I am unable to read the report a it is too small and distorts when I magnify it. Liver rupture can be due to dietary imbalance and grain feeds fed ad lib to penned birds can cause fatty liver haemorrhagic syndrome because the birds can selectively eat the higher carb components of the mix, like wheat and corn and bill out and leave the protein rich pulses/legumes for lower ranking birds or rodents to clean up.

He said tomorrowWhen are they going to give you the final results?
But it's whole grains...they can still pick and choose which pieces they want to eat and not get a balanced diet. It’s soy and corn free feed.
Perfect, thank you.He said tomorrow
I find when I feed them crumble or pellets they are not happy and their egg production seems to be very low. I’m used to getting 7/9 from my egg layers then I switched and started getting 2/4 a day. I just experimented with this this last month. And it’s been in the high 60° in California. But it's whole grains...they can still pick and choose which pieces they want to eat and not get a balanced diet.
Crumble or pellets is the way to go.
I’ll post it and tag youPerfect, thank you.
