Good to hear that your chicks are improving. Have you tried putting your lone 9 week old chick in with your younger Scots Greys. If you put her into their environment she is less likely to be defensive, or perhaps put them all into neutral territory if their brooder isn't big enough. You could make a separate cage for her for a few days so they can get used to each other in safety before being able to properly interact.
I have to say, those Scot's Greys are incredibly cute, but looking like quite a few boys in that group, unless I'm very much mistaken!
