Yes. It's left over mash potato, carrots, cabbage, peas basically everything you would have with a roast dinner and fried up! It is delicious! :drool
I'm just sat watching the world go by (just finished work!) and I just thought...I had ONE pigeon not so long ago, how come I now have 14?!

You can also make it into patties and fry them like a burger. They are really nice!
I may have to give that a go.. :D
So far my only attempts at cooking "English food" has been Yorkshire puddings. They turned out pretty fair but I didnt let em cook quite long enough.. will practice more this winter when its not too hot to fire up the kitchen stove. :D

The trick when cooking Yorkshire puddings is to get the oven and oil in the dish to maximum heat. Put the mixture in and DO NOT open the oven to see how they're doing. Leave them to fully rise. Or you can do what i do and buy pre cooked ones and just heat them up!
