I do corn bread much the same way. Hot pan, hot oil, hot oven..lolThe trick when cooking Yorkshire puddings is to get the oven and oil in the dish to maximum heat. Put the mixture in and DO NOT open the oven to see how they're doing. Leave them to fully rise. Or you can do what i do and buy pre cooked ones and just heat them up!
I probably checked on em too much.. im bad about leaving things alone.

Ive looked for those here but so far haven't found a local place that carries em..
