Sorry the picture isn't that good. Navel was a little red when it first hatched. But seems to have dried up.

she's back at mine.
She will never return on her own to her original loft for all general purposes she is your bird. The bird in most cases would have been dead now if not for your intervention. Start hand feeding her shelled unsalted peanuts as a treat only she will even become more tame (homers are an aloof bird and do not like to be picked up or handled for the most part). Peanuts however break down some barriers.

The one I found didn't get that memo, she wants attention 24/7 and follows me around the house if I try and perch her and go to do something. :lau She also deems my hand to be her bed.

You have a unique bond with that pigeon it does happen. It is rare however some fanciers never have that intimate connection especially to a homer.

My birds will fly to me and on me when I enter the loft especially. Not quite as often when they are at large but it does happen. If a pigeon does not avoid being picked up or handled in my loft it either needs medical attention or a grave.

I believe she was also handfed as a squab, as she beaks at my fingers and thumb when hungry, which explains the extreme clinginess some. I found her yesterday in my back yard and have been basically inseparable since. :p

She dislikes my dad though, refusing to even perch on him.

I have spoken to the owner and she is now mine! I've called her Boomer! I'm trying to sort a loft out for her. It's not the best in the carrier but she seems quite happy.
