Umbilical cord still attached

I just hatched my first chick a few minutes ago. Is it normal to still have the cord and part of the yolk sack still attached?

Well it just disconnected itself. I'm assuming this is normal?
 
Some of my chicks in my hatches have had their umbilical cord still connected, it just dries off and falls off after a while. As long as it's not bleeding theirs nothing to worry about.
