How very frustrating.
Reminds me of the time my parents redid thier bathroom and the wallpaper was a black/grey/white marble pattern. Well, it rubbed off on your hand so now there are patches that are rubbed off like the dampness was getting to it... We ran the fan in there every time we showered. At any rate, the person who applied it blamed it on the wallpaper and the wallpaper company blamed it on the person who applied it...dad got the run around and eventually what ended up happening was a big fat nothing...except a bathroom with wall paper that was rubbing off.
