Unknown rooster given to us

I had a beautiful rooster given to me for our cinnamon queen hens.

Some feathers on his legs and looks to be a red line down the side of his shanks.

any ideas on what off spring would look like with a cinnamon queen or Dominique hen?

He looks like a Welsummer but I'm not good at guess the breed.

With feathered legs and what looks like a pea comb I'd go with an olive egger. Probably a mix of Marans and EE or Ameraucana.

That looks like a Welly. Ours is in training right now. He doesn't like our plastic rake. His temper is out of this world.

He's not a Welsummer, he has feathered legs and a pea comb. The color is similar but that is it.
