UP-Date, Possible Marek's .....Hen sits different then the other hens

I am 99% sure I have Marek's in our small flock starting with this hen. Tonight I noticed here eye pupal was a grey color unlike the golden color of her sisters.

So what are my options? I have read all kinds of info outside of BYC and it don't sound good!

I am not knowledgeable enough to offer solid advise on this one. If no one else responds, maybe try a similar title on a new thread?
