*Update*Help somthing atacked Big P(NEW Pics pg9)

Hi, Jeffrey! I think you should at least talk to a vet about it even if you can't afford to actually go to a vet. Take his advice. In the meantime, if you could even stitch some of it together just leaving some small openings so you could reach the inner stitches when time to remove them, then finish stitching the outer skin. Could you bandage the skin together? We probably need to see more pictures. Someone on this site might even be able to help you better that way. Did you email my vet for his opinion? Pictures would be a great help to him as well. What about antibiotics. Were you able to acquire any? I hope all is still well with Big P, and that you get advice you can afford to take. I think it is nothing short of miraculous that you have managed to keep her alive this long. It would be a shame to lose her after all you have been through to save her. Keep us all informed of her progress and yours.

*hey-Jeff- do you mind if I ask how old you are?? and did you read back all the way from earlier tonight?? We're trying to decide how to get Big P closed up the best way. We were all so pleased with the job you did- we kinda forgot we didn't close b/c of the string.

I've been wigged out since the first pic! I think this "mini-munchkin" is a future avian vet of America! I also think heaven's pet angels are flocking around him and Big P.

Hey, all y'all! What's the worst thing that could happen if the thread was just left there and the skin was closed over it? The outer stitches at least could be removed. Why is it necessary to remove stitches if the area is clean before closing the skin?
