Am I correct in assuming she's paralyzed? She's otherwise alert? Or is she lying down with her eyes closed and not moving?

Her gorgeous eyes are very open and she is keeping food down. I’ll give her some probiotics when we get home later

If you have a state poultry lab nearby, they'll euthanize the bird and do a necropsy so you know exactly what was wrong. Sounds a bit like Marek's.

Vic, Australia. I ended up burrying her which might not be the smartest decision but I can’t imagine it will do harm in the future
