My flock of chickens have all been sneezing coughing etc for about 2 months now, I have noticed my cockerels face swelling up. About a week ago I put them all on oxytetracycline to try and help and all my hens are better but my cockerel is only getting worse. The mass by his eye is soft to the touch and I was hoping there's some kind of sanitary was to get rid of the swelling but I can't find anything online. I have attacked imahes , the photo of him from the front and the one with the blood on his beak are from a week ago and the rest i took today. His beak is constantly stuck openand it prevents him from eating and drinking easily, and prefers to keep his eye shut at all times. I need help asap as i dont want to cull him, thanks.

The information you received on your other thread is what most of us would have given you.
As suggested, the pus in the eye has to be physically removed, it will not dry up even with antibiotics.. You will need to do that or seek vet care to help you with that.
Depending on what is affecting him, antibiotics may not help.
It would be worth re-reading the info on your other thread and taking a look at the video. There's numerous videos on youtube about how to remove pus from a chicken's eye.
