Well you are only putting them in the water to clean off poopy feet, correct?
Only need a half inch of water for that.
Could always make a sling over a bucket.
I don't understand why they are in the bath daily?
They get a 20 minute soak in Epsom salts twice a day. Seems to dramatically increase their comfort levels. I do them all at once in the bath for convenience, but if Victoria tries to drown herself again and the life jacket doesn't work, I'll have to put her in a bucket with a sling.
Eta: The deeper the water, the calmer they seem to be. Just barely able to touch seems to be the sweet spot.

Victoria in a bucket with a protective buffer of bubble wrap because she is DETERMINED to drown herself.

Only because I babysat her the entire half hour. She kept trying to duck her head under the plastic.Did it work the whole time? Looks like a clever, simple solution. Nice job.
@Dona Worry how are they doing today?
It just dawned on me that you may be able to fashion a sling for Victoria to soak her feet.
@Kris5902 made a really nice one for soaking feet (creative!)
Here's a picture of it from her thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/what-to-do-with-this-foot.1285351/page-23#post-20853930

Have you considered trying a warm blow dry to dry them off? Even just mostly? The two I’ve done seem to have actually enjoyed it (one got a full bath for lice last fall, before I got lice dust for them, and yesterday I had a half bath to clean very dirty bum feathers (I ended up just trimming them right off)Only because I babysat her the entire half hour. She kept trying to duck her head under the plastic.
After, I covered her feet in bag balm and neosporin, and wrapped them very loosely in sterile cotton. It looks like gangrene is starting to set in, so things are about to get very unpleasant. All I can hope for now is to prevent infection, and hopefully get anything that is going to fall off to do so with minimal fuss.
My cow vet is coming on Wednesday for unrelated cow things; I may bring poor Victoria to work with me and beg for assistance.
Here they are, Peri roosting on the log, Jaimie sleeping on the floor and Victoria covered in an old pillow case for warmth because she's wet. View attachment 1654586
