Urgent help needed pics included

It's day 21 today but internally pipped on day 18 I made a safety hole on day 20 as 3 of the others internally pipped and didn't make it any further I made a bigger hole this morning as the membrain was drying out and really struggling also she wasn't positioned right her air sack was more on the side I left her and 2hrs later she had kicked herself out but the bottom is still stuck
If you counted the days right, then it sound like you may have had an earlier hatch (attempt) than normal, so keep that in mind when you go to troubleshoot your incubation technique. I’m so sorry that you’ve had such trouble with your hatches!

So this little chick is still holding on she still.has a small amount of yolk and is attached to the shell by what looks like 2 little string things. she/he is peeping on and off hopefully she's still alive in the morning I'm never going to get to sleep tonight I already don't want to go into work tomorrow lol thanks again for all your help its very much appreciated I will update with any developments

So sorry to hear that the rest of the clutch didn’t make it. You one little hatching is a miracle baby though! Do you plan to get it a friend?

Had a surprise hatch today that's why I leave the eggs alone lol a perfect hatch no problems its much stronger then the first 1 I'm still a little worried about her she's not moving around much and her eyes still havnt opened they don't look stuck is this normal also some of her fluff is stuck down how do I sort that ? chick no 2 is bright fluffy and active

The chick had internally pipped on day 18/19 going by 24hrs it was struggling until day 20. 3chicks had already tried from internal pips and died so I created a safety hole as I thought it was worth a try this last hatcher is the last one 2 survive I also created a small safety hole also these are bantoms and are known for hatching from day 19 or so I'm told lol

I'm coming in a bit late to be of much assistance but it sounds to me like your first chick will just take a little longer to catch up because it lost a lot of blood. For a boost, I would offer some vitamins, like Nutridrench for poultry or if you don't have that readily accessible then Polyvisol WITHOUT iron is a baby vitamin that also works well and is available at most drug stores and some grocery stores.
Just for future reference, when a chick hatches still attached to the shell, most of the time it will come off without assistance but if it's not detaching you can also break most of the shell off around the cord attached to the shell so the chick isn't dragging as much around, this will give the cord time to dry naturally and fall off without risk of causing bleeding from snipping the cord too soon. In your case, you did exactly what was necessary in my opinion because the chick needed to keep it's bottom half in the shell as long as possible to finish absorbing the yolk sac.
As far as it drying with a lot of residue still on it, you can eventually clean the chick if necessary with a moist cloth but I wouldn't rush to doing that until it perks up since the yolk sac is still slightly exposed from the sounds of it.
The only other thing I can think of to mention would be that once it gets to the brooder try to keep the brooder really sanitary because it will likely take a bit longer for the navel to fully close and leaves the chick more susceptible to infection. Don't be alarmed if you see what resembles a black button where the navel is, this just may be how it looks while healing because of it not closing entirely. If that happens just make sure to keep it from getting poops on it.
I hope your little chick makes it! :fl
