Genuinely this site is amazing. I don’t know what I would have done. People don’t understand how attached we can get... this babies mum was taken by a fox. And her mum was my pet. They’re not just chickens they’re my pets and I adore them. This is the one survivor out of 5 eggs because of a failure in another incubator. They did 3 days with no incubation. If this baby survives I’ll cherish her/him.

Probably sooner than that :) Likely within the next 18 hours.

She'll be okay without water. They don't 'need' water for up to three days after they hatch. That's how hatcheries are able to ship chicks when they are day olds, the nutrients in the yolk sustain them and they don't need to eat or drink. I would be cautious about giving her water because she doesn't need it and it would be very easy to accidentally cause her to aspirate.
The only problem with this is that the chick has had so much stress that it may not be strong enough without some water. I have had them die in the incubator within 24 hours of hatching. That is why I said to be very careful and use a dropper. Hold the egg and keep the chick up right.

It is a risk trade off though. I would guess that the chick will be one that does not absorb much yolk either
