Urgent help needed! Please help.

Yep, lots of absorbing left to go. Just leave it in the incubator now so it can finish up. Don't take any more shell off. At this point when it's ready it will push out through the membrane on its own. Just apply coconut oil every couple hours to keep things moist.

I was putting water on the membrane earlier and she was opening her beak when I was doing it around that area... maybe she wants it...

She'll be okay without water. They don't 'need' water for up to three days after they hatch. That's how hatcheries are able to ship chicks when they are day olds, the nutrients in the yolk sustain them and they don't need to eat or drink. I would be cautious about giving her water because she doesn't need it and it would be very easy to accidentally cause her to aspirate.
